Job Summary:
The outpatient physical therapist position is located in Payson, Arizona. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; one or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and valid license for the state of Arizona; minimum experience of zero years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the staffing agency; previous assignment with the organization.
• Additional Information: The employee will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document clinical notes timely and accurately, and ensure care is provided under signed physician orders and insurance guidelines. The position includes involvement in student supervision, professional development, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
