Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position is located in Neptune, New Jersey. This role involves providing specialized respiratory care to pediatric patients, including ventilator setup, management, and other supportive procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work. The position requires a compassionate approach to patient care within a hospital environment, with responsibilities that include evaluating patient needs, assisting with intubation, and collaborating with healthcare team members.

Job Details:

• Location: Neptune, NJ
• Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy
  • Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care license
  • Current and valid NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
  • BLS American Heart Association (AHA) certification
  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Additional Information:
  • The position involves ventilator set-up and management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Shift hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, on an as-needed basis.
  • Candidates must be adaptable to changing patient needs and work effectively as part of a team.
