Job Summary:
A healthcare organization in Brunswick, Georgia, is seeking a General Ultrasonographer specializing in obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN) in a high-volume outpatient setting. This position involves performing a variety of ultrasound scans including confirmation, viability, nuchal translucency, anatomy, growth, biophysical profiles, umbilical artery dopplers, gynecologic, and follicle scans. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Brunswick, Georgia

• Shift Schedule: Nights; Wed, Thurs, and Fri from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and Sat from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; Minimum hours per week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: No minimum years of experience; familiarity with the use of GE VOLUSON sonogram machine; ability to perform 12+ exams per day depending on provider schedule; excellent communication skills for verbal prelim reporting of significant or concerning findings
• Additional Information: The exams are performed in-office and interpreted by OB-GYN providers. Candidate should be comfortable providing verbal preliminary reports to clinical staff regarding significant or concerning findings.
