Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist located in Chillicothe, Ohio. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality outpatient care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist
Address: Chillicothe, OH
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active/applicable license for the State of Ohio; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired or nice to have)
Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops appropriate treatment plans utilizing clinical reasoning, documents medical records clearly and accurately, and provides care under signed physician orders. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to state and regulatory agency standards. Maintains professional licensure and performs ethically according to professional codes of conduct.
