Description
Job Summary:
A Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) located in Round Rock, Texas. This position involves working in a freestanding emergency department with a focus on CT imaging procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role requires flexibility, dedication, and the ability to work rotating weekend overnight shifts.
Job Details:
- Location: Round Rock, Texas
- Position: CT Technologist
- Specialty: CT
- Shift: Nights, Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with rotating weekend overnights
- Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT (ARRT (R)(CT)), TMB license, BLS certification, no minimum years of experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma and emergency department settings, proficiency with GE 64 Scanner and digital XR equipment, familiarity with Meditech Electronic Medical Record system
- Additional Information: The department performs all CT and XR exams ordered in emergency department settings. Staff tenure, experience with new equipment or technology, and flexible scheduling options are considered advantageous.
