Description
Job Summary:
An Ultrasound Technologist position is available in Reno, Nevada. This role involves performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures with a focus on general ultrasound, and candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment focusing on patient care and imaging excellence.
Job Details:
- Location: Reno, NV
- Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and rotating weekday shifts, from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ARMDS certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS), CPR certification upon hire, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire, and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in the respective department; experience in obstetrics and gynecology and vascular ultrasound preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in obstetrics and gynecology (OB-GYN) and vascular procedures
- Additional Information: Candidates may be required to float to different departments according to organizational needs and must be adaptable to schedule variations that may include weekends and holidays
