Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Physical Therapy Assistant position located in the greater Sacramento County area. This role involves providing therapy services in patients' homes, treating a variety of diagnoses including cardiovascular, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions. The assignment offers consistent scheduling and the opportunity to work with diverse patient needs.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; BLS (AHA) certification; minimum of 2 years of experience; located within the United States; physical therapy assistant license; candidates may not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any facility associated with the organization within the past year.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience treating a variety of diagnoses such as cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric cases.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves visiting an average of 5-6 patients daily in the greater Sacramento Home Health area. Guaranteed hours for the assignment. Mileage will not be paid. Cancellation policy permits up to 4 shifts to be canceled within a 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments. Charting system used is Cerner.
