Job Summary
Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Healthcare in the greater Sacramento county area. This position involves providing outpatient therapeutic services to a diverse patient population, including those with cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric diagnoses. The role offers a consistent schedule with a focus on quality patient care in a home health setting.

Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour days, 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (AHA); minimum of 2 years of experience; license to submit; no prior employment by any facility associated with the organization within the past year; physical therapy assistant qualification; located within the service area.
• Preferred Qualifications: New graduates may be considered only in rare, extreme cases.
• Additional Information: Candidates are expected to see approximately 5-6 patients daily. Mileage reimbursement is available with prior approval at the GSA rate. The assignment duration is from 10/13/2026 to 01/26/2027. The facility uses Cerner for charting. The shift hours are 8 hours during days.
