Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Apollo Beach, Florida. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to support patient recovery and functional independence. The position offers a consistent daytime schedule and requires at least one year of outpatient clinical experience.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable state license; successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired)
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and insurance requirements, documenting accurately and promptly, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives. Participation in student programs and ongoing professional development is encouraged. The candidate must adhere to all relevant state practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing. The role emphasizes safety practices, quality of care, and professional conduct.
