Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Rensselaer, Indiana. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services, including orthopedics, neurological, and general debility care. The position requires a dedicated professional committed to delivering high-quality patient care within a team-oriented environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift from 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid State License, CPR certification, minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of outpatient, orthopedics, general therapy, neuro, balance, or pain management experience.
• Float: Float between outpatient locations to meet patient demands.
• Additional Information: The role involves outpatient orthopedics, neurological, and general debility patient care. Therapists are expected to be team-oriented and flexible. Attire must adhere to scrub standards, with specific dress code guidelines outlined. EMR and CBTs training will be completed upon arrival at the facility.
