Job Details:

• Location: Fort Mohave, Arizona
• Position: Physical Therapist (Inpatient)
• Unit: Acute Rehab Unit
• Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Number of Openings: 1
• Required Qualifications: Masters degree in Physical Therapy, licensed in the state of Arizona, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, open to new grads and beyond, zero years of experience required
• Additional Information:
  • Patient Ratios: 6:1
  • Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
  • Call Requirements: None
  • Float Requirements: Float to evaluate and treat medical-surgical and ICU patients as needed
  • Common Diagnoses/Treatments: strokes, hip fractures, debility, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, motor vehicle accidents, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis
  • EMR Systems: Medhost and NetHealth (Redoc)
  • Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs
  • Local Rate: $10 below current travel bill rate
