Job Summary:
A qualified CT Technologist located in Golden, Colorado, is sought to perform a variety of computed tomography (CT) procedures using ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes. This position requires the utilization of technical skill, initiative, and independent judgment to produce high-quality imaging. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Wednesday to Friday, 09:30 AM to 10:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Associate degree; ARRT (R) certification in Radiologic Technology; ARRT (CT) certification; BLS (AHA) certification; licensure in the state of Colorado or applicable jurisdiction; 1-2 years of CT and acute care experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: One (1) to two (2) years of CT experience in a hospital setting.
• Demonstrates understanding of sectional anatomy, anatomic terminology, and positioning competency.
• Proficiency in operating CT equipment and understanding protocols related to contrast administration, including contrast injector operation.
• Knowledge of electronic imaging, image transfer, and manipulation.
• Ability to respond appropriately to emergent patient situations, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Able to prioritize tasks and maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.
• Assists and instructs students and other radiology technologists in exam protocols and procedures.
• All candidates must hold current ARRT (R) certification, ARRT (CT) certification, and BLS certification.
