Job Summary:
A Mammography Technologist position is available in the Bronx, New York. The role involves performing breast imaging studies, including screening and diagnostic mammograms, with an average of 50-75 scans per day across three mammography rooms. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Bronx, NY
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts with 1-hour lunch, minimum 37.5 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (AHA) and Certified Mammography Technologist - ARRT (M); minimum of 2 years of experience in breast imaging; valid license to submit
• Additional Information: The department features three mammography rooms with GE Pristina equipment, operating in a hospital setting. A Lead Tech is present on each shift, and radiologists are in-house. No IV starts are necessary.
• Department Specific Equipment: GE Pristina
• Radiology Staffing: Lead Tech on each shift, no RRA's used, radiologists in-house
• Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
• Cancellation Policy: 3 shifts per 13 weeks
