Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Locust Grove, VA. This role involves evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for patients in an outpatient setting. The position offers a comprehensive work schedule during daytime hours, with potential to start as soon as possible for a duration of 3 to 6 months.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the State of Virginia; minimum of 1 year of experience; location in Virginia, United States
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired)
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and supervision of discipline-specific therapy services. Ensures the design of functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities. Performs clinical documentation, participates in student programs, and pursues ongoing professional development. Demonstrates competency in accordance with state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Complies with organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
