Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Outpatient for a location in Locust Grove, Virginia. This role involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and managing patient care in an outpatient setting. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day. Job Details:

• Location: Locust Grove, Virginia
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5-8 hour days Monday through Friday, with 2 evening shifts until 6:30 pm
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active and applicable license for the state of Virginia; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; current CPR certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred. Previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment plans utilizing clinical reasoning, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates understanding of performance improvement initiatives and maintains licensure in good standing.
• Certification and Licensure: Must maintain an active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
• Behavioral Expectations: Adheres to clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, punctuality, and safety protocols. Demonstrates professionalism and ethical conduct in all duties.
