Job Summary:
The Central Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position is located in Cedar Park, Texas. This role involves assisting with procedures to analyze, diagnose, and treat the cardiovascular system within a multimodality lab setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or an associate's degree/technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience. Certifications include BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. A valid credential from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or Cardiac Electrophysiology Technologist is required prior to hire. Additional applicable credentials include Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross are preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves monitoring vital signs, predictive care, maintaining aseptic technique, and patient education in a cath lab / interventional radiology / vascular unit using Medhost EHR, MACLAB, and Philips Cath labs.
