Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and promoting functional recovery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professional standards and contribute to a safe, patient-centered care environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active license in the state of Arizona; successful completion of an assignment with the staffing agency or organization is highly desired; previous assignment with the staffing agency is nice to have
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops individualized treatment goals, and maintains accurate medical record documentation. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to all regulatory and organizational standards. Demonstrates a commitment to safety and quality improvement initiatives in the outpatient physical therapy setting.
