Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist (ORTIp) position is located in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves evaluating all assigned patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans tailored to patient needs, goals, and physician directions. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Tucson, AZ
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy; previous assignment with the agency or organization a plus
- Additional Information: The position involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, creating and adjusting treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, participating in student programs, and adhering to state practice acts and professional codes of conduct. Candidates should actively pursue ongoing professional development and contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives.
