Job Details

  • Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist
  • Location: Tucson, Arizona
  • Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for Arizona; successful completion of an assignment with the agency (highly desired) or with the organization (nice to have).
  • Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, documenting medical records accurately and timely, developing individualized treatment goals, participating in student programs, and pursuing professional development through continuing education.
  • Must adhere to State Practice Act and regulatory agency standards, maintaining licensure in good standing.
  • Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety standards, including safe patient handling and infectious disease protocols.
  • Professional behavior and compliance with ethical standards are mandatory.
