Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Avondale, Arizona. This outpatient clinical role involves evaluating diverse patient populations with a focus on orthopedic and sports-related cases. The therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring safe and effective patient care, while promoting functional recovery and community reintegration.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active license in the state of Arizona; experience with outpatient therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful prior assignment with the agency or the organization (highly desired).
• Additional Information: The position requires completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and documenting care accurately and timely. The role involves participation in student supervision, ongoing professional development, adherence to state practice acts and regulatory requirements, and engagement in quality improvement initiatives. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, professionalism, and a commitment to patient and employee safety.
