Job Details:

• Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; Active/applicable license for the State of Arizona; CPR Certification; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; Experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports clinics is advantageous
• Additional Information: The therapist will evaluate assigned patients, develop treatment plans aligned with physician guidance, and participate in clinical education activities. Clinical reasoning, documentation accuracy, and compliance with state practice acts are essential.
