Description

Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) Pediatric (PEDS) in Des Moines, Iowa. This position involves working night shifts with a schedule of three 12-hour nights per week. The role requires delivering specialized respiratory therapy services within a healthcare facility, ensuring patient care standards are met and maintained.

Job Details:

Position: Respiratory Therapist (RT) PEDS (Pediatric Respiratory Therapist)
Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certifications in respiratory therapy, preferably with at least 1 year of experience; applicable education requirements and license to practice in the state of Iowa
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with pediatric patients, additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Additional Information: No on-call duties are required; every third weekend shift is expected.
