Job Summary:
An Operating Room (OR) Radiology Technician specializing in radiographic procedures is needed in Neptune, New Jersey. The role involves performing radiographic duties in an operative setting, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to departmental standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work. This position requires at least one year of experience and is scheduled for evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 5 days a week, with weekends and holidays required as needed, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology; High school diploma or equivalent; Completion of clinical and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) requirements; Must possess a New Jersey State License; BLS certification; at least 1 year of experience in radiographic procedures, trauma radiology, and C-Arm and portable machines.
• Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years of experience as an OR X-ray technologist in a high-volume trauma setting; Proficiency in use of C-Arm, O-Arm, and Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system; hospital and outpatient experience; trauma level experience.
• Additional Information: Candidate prefers a schedule of four 10-hour shifts, is highly experienced with 13 years in the field, holds current BLS certification, is COVID vaccinated, and has EMR experience in Epic. Candidate has NJ license on file, enjoys ongoing learning, and is dedicated to high-quality patient care.
