Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in TILLAMOOK, Oregon. This critical role involves operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissues for diagnostic purposes. The position also encompasses performing general radiography and fluoroscopy procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Location: TILLAMOOK, Oregon
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Associates degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred), registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)), advanced certification in computed tomography (required in Oregon and Hawaii, preferred in California), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per organization policy, venipuncture certification (preferred in California and Oregon), ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certification (required)
• Additional Information: The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through the geriatric population. Responsibilities include producing sagittal and coronal reformatted images, utilizing picture archiving and communication system (PACS) and teleradiology system for image transfer, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines. Routine equipment maintenance and supply inventory management are also required.
