Job Summary:

Job Details:

• Specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active/applicable license for the State of Florida; CPR Certification; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Successfully completed an assignment with the organization previously is highly desired; experience in outpatient therapy highly preferred
• Additional Information: The position involves completing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, participating in student programs, pursuing ongoing professional development, and adhering to state practice acts and licensing requirements.
