Description
Job Summary:
The Ultrasonographer Echo (Ultrasound Technician specializing in Echocardiography) position is located in Boston, Massachusetts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role involves performing echocardiogram procedures in a hospital setting, adhering to established clinical and operational standards.
Job Details:
- Shift: 8-hour days, schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), and Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS). Education background includes knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology, obtained through college-level biology and anatomy courses and/or relevant experience. Echocardiogram experience is required.
- Experience: 2+ years related work experience required.
- Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Travel Required: No.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 miles from the facility). Travelers who have worked for the organization as travel, permanent, or per diem within the last year will not be accepted must be separated from the facility for one year to be considered.
