Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a CT Technologist for an assignment in Redding, California. This fast-paced diagnostic radiology role requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. The position involves working predominantly during night shifts, and the successful candidate will be responsible for performing computed tomography (CT) scans in various clinical settings, including emergency and inpatient departments.
Job Details:
- Location: Redding, California
- Shift Schedule: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Thursdays, Fridays, and every other weekend (EOW); specific shift details will be provided by the hospital when candidates are submitted into the interview queue.
- Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit, Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association), ARRT Certified CT Technologist (CT), fluoroscopy certification, COVID vaccination, and at least 2 years of experience; candidates with 1 year of experience will be considered as first-time travelers.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CT procedures, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter attitude.
- Additional Information: Hospital policy allows cancellation of up to 4 shifts in a 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts for shorter assignments. Candidates will need to be prepared to work holidays as required and potentially be exposed to a challenging night shift with fewer resources.
