Description

Job Summary:
A Radiology - Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist position is available in Chandler, Arizona. This role involves performing a variety of advanced CT imaging procedures in a dynamic healthcare environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

Location: Chandler, Arizona
Schedule: One shift from Thursday through Sunday, 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM; another from Monday through Wednesday, 12:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, BLS certification, minimum of 2 years of recent experience (within the past 6 months), ARRT in CT, CT Radiation Badge, and experience with Siemens CT scanners and trauma cases
Preferred Qualifications: Siemens CT experience and trauma experience, Level One trauma experience, recent work experience within the last 6 months, proficiency in Cerner electronic medical records
Additional Information:
- Department performs approximately 300 scans/studies daily, including stroke, trauma, ER, and inpatient procedures
- Department has two Siemens CT scanners/rooms
- No float requirements; coverage only in designated shifts
- No radiology assistants utilized, with in-house radiologists on days and tele-radiology after hours
- No IV start responsibilities in this department
- Call requirements: Response within 1 hour every 4th Friday and every 5th Saturday
- Scrubs are provided and dress code is teal
- Department-specific orientation will be conducted in person using a CT orientation packet
- Cancellation policy allows up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts for shorter assignments
- Shift notes: Fri-Sun, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with scheduled call on some Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- Must submit license and certifications as listed
