Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient located in Peoria, Illinois. The role involves providing inpatient occupational therapy services, with specific shifts scheduled for Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Candidates are required to bring their active Illinois license on the first day. This position requires a minimum of one year of experience and the successful completion of necessary certifications.
Job Details:
- Location: Peoria, Illinois
- Schedule: 20 hours Thursday/Friday at SFMC; 20 hours Saturday/Sunday at DMCCH
- Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated, BLS Certification, minimum 1 year of experience, active Illinois license to submit, willingness to wait for license submission
