Job Summary:
An Interventional Radiology Medical Technologist position is available in Manchester, New Hampshire. This role involves working within a specialized unit that features two vascular intervention rooms and a hybrid operating room. Candidates are required to bring their professional license on the first day of work. The position offers a day shift with rotating call, and a minimum of 40 hours per week is expected.
Job Details:
- Location: Manchester, NH
- Certification and License Requirements: ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist), NH State Medical Technologist License candidates must have their NH Medical Technologist license in hand prior to submission and on the first day
- Education/Experience: Minimum of 1 year IR experience required; zero minimum years of experience acceptable for other qualifications
- Schedule: Day shift with rotating call; 8 hours per shift; minimum 40 hours per week
- Additional Qualifications: Advanced skills needed for procedures performed in the unit
- Certifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Equipment: Acuson Juniper and Acuson P500 ultrasound systems
- Documentation System: Allscripts electronic health record system
- Unit Staffing: 3-4 technologists per day, including unit secretaries and tech availability
- Unit specific policies and guidelines should be attached for review
