Job Summary:
A radiologic technologist specializing in computed tomography (CT) is sought for a position in Plano, Texas. This individual will perform high-quality multimodality procedures, including computed tomography, in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment. The role involves ensuring patient safety and satisfaction while adhering to established protocols and standards.
Job Details:
- Location: Plano, TX
- Address: 4700 Alliance Blvd, Plano, TX 75093
- Shift schedule: 3x12s, Saturday through Monday, 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM
- Required Qualifications: Valid license by the State of Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT); Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT); minimum 2 years experience in X-ray and CT; BLS (AHA); Education with relevant certifications.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing multimodality imaging procedures in a high-volume setting; excellent patient communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Additional Information: The selected candidate will perform imaging procedures according to established protocols, maintain equipment and work areas, and contribute to patient safety and satisfaction. Ability to serve as a preceptor and take call, if required, is desirable.
