Description
Job Summary:
A Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) is sought for a position in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves performing advanced CT imaging procedures, including stroke perfusion imaging, multi-phase scans, and CT-guided invasive procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
- Schedule: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT, BLS certification, a minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging, valid license to practice radiologic technology, and the ability to perform venous and arterial phase scanning, multi-phase scanning, stroke imaging including perfusion, and colorectal studies.
- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of TeraRecon imaging software is a plus but not required.
- Support within the Department: Guest Services/Transport for inpatient and observation patients.
- Technology/Equipment: EPIC electronic medical record system, Epic Radiant reporting interface, Philips iSite picture archiving and communication system, Siemens Definition AS 40, Siemens Force, Siemens Edge CT scanners, Bayer/Medrad Power Injectors.
- Orientation: One day of administrative onboarding, followed by 2 days to 1 week of departmental orientation as needed.
- Additional Information: Scrub color is black. Parking is available in surface lots and parking decks at no cost.
