Description

Job Summary:
An EEG Technologist Registered is sought in Rochester, Minnesota. This clinical position involves performing neurodiagnostic procedural testing such as EEG (including on-call rotation), Evoked Potentials, Autonomic, and Nerve Conduction Studies within a health care facility setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

  • Location: Rochester, Minnesota
  • Schedule: Evenings, with 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and 8-hour shifts on Monday and Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, for a 13-week assignment
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support, current registration as a Neurodiagnostic Technologist or Clinical Neurophysiology Technologist, or current CNT student; minimum of an associates degree in Applied Science or related science; EEG or CLTM registry required
  • Additional Qualifications: Support patients in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and other inpatient settings, competency in electrode application using the standard 10-20 or 10-10 systems, troubleshooting equipment, monitoring EEG recordings, responding to seizures, assisting with SPECT injections, and providing shift reports; excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and adapt rapidly; demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities; computer skills required
