Shift Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Monday & Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (8-hour shifts)

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Applied Science or a related science field (required for candidates hired after 2013).
• Current Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist (R. EEG T.), Clinical Neurophysiology Technologist graduate, or current CNT student.
• EEG Registry or CLTM Registry (Required).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and continuous Electroencephalography (EEG) procedures following physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Conduct Neurodiagnostic Procedural Testing, including EEG and Evoked Potentials Testing.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures by explaining the testing process and ensuring patient comfort.
• Monitor patients during procedures and recognize abnormalities or seizure activity, notifying the appropriate medical team when necessary.
• Accurately document test results and maintain detailed patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot EEG and neurodiagnostic equipment to ensure accurate testing.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with neurologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
