Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Tuesday, 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM; Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Thursday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Physical Therapist Assistant: Monday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM; Tuesday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM; Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Thursday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, one or more years of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable license for Ohio, and licensure in good standing.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, documenting medical records in accordance with legal and organizational standards, participating in student programs, and pursuing ongoing professional development. The employee should adhere to organizational performance improvement initiatives and maintain licensure requirements.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
