Job Summary:
A Radiology Technologist position is available in Austell, Georgia. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves performing computed tomography (CT) procedures with a focus on patient care, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. The schedule is overnight shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.

Job Details:

• Location: Austell, Georgia
• Schedule: Night shifts, Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 pm - 7:30 am, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. Certifications include ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), and BLS (Basic Life Support) or ARC-BLS (American Red Cross Basic Life Support). Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology and less than 1 year experience in CT.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in CT (less than 1 year).
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Must exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to function independently and under pressure. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask effectively throughout the shift are essential. Candidates should possess a good understanding of anatomy and pathology, and be competent in all aspects of CT, including patient positioning, exposure factors, radiation protection, quality control tests, and adherence to hospital policies.
