Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Ohio. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services focusing on adult patients with orthopedic, medical, surgical, and neurological diagnoses. The role offers a day shift schedule and requires experience with outpatient therapy, including specialization in concussion management, vestibular, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling.
Job Details:
- Location: 2951 Maple Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio, 43701
- Schedule: Days; 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification or license as a Physical Therapist, experience with outpatient physical therapy focusing on orthopedics, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses; 0 years minimum experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with specialty services such as concussion management, vestibular therapy, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling; familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
- Additional Information: Per updated BSA on 6.26.25, facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract. These hours are not limited to 12-hour shifts and will be marked on the facility's time report. All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission and included in the confirmation page to be honored. The upcoming start date is scheduled for 07/27/2026, with the end date matching the confirmation details.
