Description
Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position located in Peoria, Illinois. This role involves performing scrub, monitoring hemodynamics, and circulating during cardiac catheterization procedures. Candidates should have previous cath lab experience and hold an active Illinois license or have initiated the application process.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated; Certifications: AART (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), BLS (Basic Life Support), IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency); at least 2 years of cath lab experience; willingness to follow hospital dress code (scrubs provided).
- Preferred Qualifications: McKesson cardiology PACS experience preferred but not required; PEDS (Pediatric) experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Additional Information: Shifts are 10 hours long with on-call hours on a rotational basis; holidays are on a rotational basis; orientation typically lasts 3 to 5 days; and a mandatory call list is utilized when staff are unable to fulfill their shifts.
- Location: 530 NE Glen Oak Avenue, Peoria, Illinois 61637.
- Submission Requirements: Last four digits of the clinician's Social Security Number and a clear understanding of the drug-free policy of the organization, including the requirement for a negative drug screen.
