Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/license for the State of Georgia; no prior assignment required; minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of a prior assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; prior successful assignment with the organization is nice to have.
• Additional Information: The position requires completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, participating in student programs, pursuing ongoing professional development, and adhering to state and regulatory standards. Candidates must maintain licensure in good standing, follow performance improvement protocols, and demonstrate professional and ethical behavior.
