Description
Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) at a healthcare facility in Tallahassee, Florida. This position involves providing inpatient therapy services in a skilled nursing facility and short-term rehabilitation setting. The role requires adherence to clinical standards and working within a team to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Florida licensure as a Physical Therapist (can be obtained prior to start), at least 2 years of experience in inpatient therapy, and applicable certifications as required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or short-term rehab environment.
- Additional Information:
- No block scheduling will be accommodated.
- Travel is not required for this role.
- No float rotation is expected.
- Holiday rotation includes coverage during Thanksgiving and Christmas; department is closed on these days.
- Weekend work consists of 1-2 weekends per month, with time off during the week if weekends are worked.
- Candidate must be located outside of Tallahassee city limits.
- The position starts on 07/27/2026.
