Description
Job Summary:
Portland, Oregon The facility is seeking a dedicated CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist for a night shift assignment. This role involves performing CT imaging procedures in a short-term acute care setting, supporting diagnostic imaging needs for adult and geriatric patients. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with interdisciplinary support and a focus on patient safety and quality care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week starting on 07/20/2026
- Required Qualifications: ARRT CT (Computed Tomography) certification, ARRT R (Radiography) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of experience performing CT imaging, mandated in Oregon or eligible to obtain licensure.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC charting system, previous work in a short-term acute care facility, familiarity with interdisciplinary support teams, and experience with adult and geriatric patient populations.
- Float: Yes, flexibility to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities is expected.
- Additional Information: The role involves working with advanced imaging equipment, including GE scanners, performing procedures with contrast, ensuring radiation safety, and adhering to PPE and isolation precautions. Candidates will be responsible for starting peripheral IVs, measuring regions of interest, and assisting with trauma and vascular imaging procedures.
