Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a CT Technologist in the state of Georgia. The role involves performing diagnostic computed tomography (CT) scans and procedures, supporting physicians and radiologists with technical expertise, and ensuring high-quality imaging. Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts, Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Required Qualifications:

  • Certifications: ARRT (Radiologic Technologist), BLS.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited AMA school.
  • Licensing: State license as a general radiographer.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of radiology experience, with successful completion of at least one previous travel assignment.
  • Additional: ARRT (CT) preferred but not required; Cerner and/or Change Healthcare PACs experience preferred but not required.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
  • Proficiency with CT system processing, sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy.

• Additional Information:

  • No call or floating required.
  • 48-hour guarantees are not available.
  • EMR system: Cerner.
  • Scrub color: Hunter Green.
  • No minimum RTO or holiday restrictions, with some holidays possibly required.
  • Responsible for maintaining equipment sterility and patient safety during procedures.
  • Performs specialized procedures, angiographic procedures, and quality control monitoring as assigned.
