Description
Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer General in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position involves performing ultrasound examinations across full spectrum of radiology diagnoses for adult and pediatric patients. The role requires working within a fast-paced environment, supporting various departments with high clinical skill sets, and adhering to facility-specific protocols.
Job Details:
- Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift, with a schedule cycle of 13 weeks.
- Required Qualifications: One year of clinical experience as an Ultrasonographer or similar, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Good communication skills and a teamwork-oriented attitude.
- Schedule: No rotations between weekends and weekdays. Travelers will stay on days shifts per the contract. Call varies with a fair rotation among team members. Holiday coverage may be required unless approved off in advance.
- Additional Information: The department utilizes Siemens Sequioa equipment and full array of transducers. Orientation includes a facility and departmental tour with introductions, with a flexible five-day departmental orientation based on traveler needs.
