Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position in Miami, Florida. This role involves providing treatment, care, and evaluation for pediatric patients with respiratory diseases utilizing advanced technologies and medication delivery. The position requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and adherence to clinical protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

Location: Miami, FL
Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 36 hours per week
Start Date: 07/20/2026
Required Qualifications: Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) certification, current BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), two years of current acute care hospital respiratory therapy experience. Candidates without these qualifications will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with Meditech electronic documentation system.
Additional Information: The Respiratory Therapy team provides treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases utilizing advanced technologies such as High Flow Devices, Bunnell respirators, Servo s, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, and Heliox. Candidates should be team players, critical thinkers, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting. The unit maintains a light gray (Silver) uniform dress code.
