• Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and 3 years of experience in a similar setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility, familiarity with reimbursement and documentation standards specific to SNF settings
• Additional Information: The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Flexibility and excellent communication skills are preferred for this role.
