Job Summary:
The Radiology Technologist position is located in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves performing diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by licensed physicians, providing technical support for radiographic examinations, and producing high-quality diagnostic images. The position requires adherence to clinical protocols and the ability to operate imaging equipment effectively.
Job Details:
- Position: X-ray Technologist (Radiology Technologist)
- Location: Tucson, Arizona
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 07/13/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Radiologic Technology, relevant education or degree in radiologic sciences, current licensure as a radiologic technologist, and at least 1 year of experience in radiologic procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced diagnostic imaging, knowledge of imaging equipment maintenance, familiarity with clinical protocols for radiology procedures.
- Additional Information: The Radiology Technologist performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures, assesses patient condition, prepares examination rooms, maintains imaging equipment, and supports medication preparations. Rotation through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology may be required.
