Job Summary:
The position of Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health care is located in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves evaluating, planning, and supervising patient treatment in accordance with physician referrals, regulatory standards, and departmental policies. The therapist demonstrates clinical competence, providing patient-centered care tailored to the individuals needs across all age groups.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must have graduated from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent. Possess a current Physical Therapy license within the State of Arizona. BLS certification is required. Demonstrated clinical competency, experience, training, and education relevant to the role.
• Additional Information: Position involves providing skilled physical therapy in a home health setting, assessing patient functional abilities, and developing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include documentation, interdisciplinary communication, patient education, and supervision of support personnel as applicable. The role requires physical agility, effective communication, and the ability to respond quickly to patient needs.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
