Job Summary:
The MRI Technologist position in Des Moines, Iowa, involves providing advanced magnetic resonance imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires working with state-of-the-art Siemens GE MRI equipment, performing diagnostic imaging procedures across various patient types, including emergency, inpatient, and outpatient cases.

Job Details:

• Location: Des Moines, Iowa
• Schedule: Days shift, 36 hours per week, with one weeknight (Sunday-Thursday) and one weekend (Friday/Saturday) every tenth weekend.
• Required Qualifications: 24 months of current MRI / Magnetic Resonance Imaging experience, ARRT / American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification, proficiency with Siemens MRI equipment, ARMRIT or ARRT (R) (MR) certification, and valid drivers license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC or EPIC Radiant systems, Level I trauma experience highly preferred, Level II trauma experience required.
• Additional Information: The assignment requires quick interviewing via phone call or text from a 405 area code. The orientation begins on 07/27/2026, with a follow-up orientation on 08/03/2026. The role may require floating across multiple campuses, including Iowa Methodist Medical Center and Iowa Lutheran. Travel experience is preferred.
• Holiday Work: Contractor is expected to work 1-2 of the 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day), unless the unit is closed.
• Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Certification: ARRT.
