Job Summary:
The outpatient physical therapist position is located in MESA, Arizona. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans in accordance with physician directives, and ensuring a safe and effective return to community activities. The therapist will serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers, while demonstrating professional standards and aligning with the organizations core values and safety protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; holding a valid state license in good standing; ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans; and excellent documentation skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration; familiarity with outpatient therapy protocols.
• Additional Information: The role involves completing timely and accurate medical record documentation, following physician orders, and supporting patient safety initiatives. Candidates are expected to participate in professional development and adhere to state and regulatory practice standards.
