Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient (OP) role located in South Holland, Illinois. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on patient care and documentation. The assignment begins on August 3, 2026, and requires adherence to credentialing and licensing requirements.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active license, experience in setting, and a degree in physical therapy. No minimum experience required.
• Additional Information: Candidate must complete documentation directly with ATI outside of the organizations clearance process before being authorized to start. Those with prior ATI permanent or PRN work within the last year are ineligible to reapply until separated for at least one year. Candidates with previous ATI travel or permanent PRN experience more than a year prior may be eligible after review.
