Description
Job Summary:
Radiology Technologist (Computed Tomography - CT) position located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The role involves performing a variety of diagnostic CT procedures, including specialized exams such as CTA hearts and Calcium Scoring. The position requires adaptability to work across inpatient, emergency, outpatient, and interventional procedures, supporting a well-equipped and experienced team in a state-of-the-art facility.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift with 7 hours per shift and a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid NM State License in Radiography and CT, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), BLS certification, and relevant experience. No minimum years of experience required beyond basic certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Cardiac imaging experience is a plus.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information:
- All clinical staff on assignment in New Mexico must be fingerprinted prior to hire and provide documentation that background check is being processed.
- Candidates must have required certifications prior to start.
- Orientation is scheduled weekly on Mondays.
- This position is a replacement of permanent staff and located at a facility with 199 beds and a comprehensive radiology department featuring GE 64 and 512 Slice CT scanners.
- The facility is accredited, with specialized designations including Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Certified Primary Stroke Center.
