Description
Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an X-ray Technologist for a radiology unit located in Atlanta, Georgia. This position involves providing radiologic imaging services during night shifts, specifically on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role is critical in supporting diagnostic procedures, requiring flexibility to float between departments as needed, and adhering to facility-specific requirements.
Job Details:
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia
- Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Schedule: Night shifts with a total of 12 hours per shift and a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, up-to-date travel documentation showing at least 2 years of XRAY experience, and two recent XRAY supervisor/manager references.
- Preferred Qualifications: Ability to float between departments, flexibility to work night shifts, and compliance with facility vaccination policies.
- Additional Information:
- Up-to-date resume including experience details.
- RTO (Reasonable Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
- The facility requires a flu vaccination for the upcoming flu season with no exemptions allowed, including medical or religious exemptions.
