Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist with inpatient specialization at a facility located in Seattle, Washington. This role involves providing therapy services to adult patients within an acute care setting, addressing conditions such as speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: No experience required, valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, and current licensing credentials in Washington state.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with adult inpatient populations; familiarity with critical care or ventilator-dependent patients is advantageous.
- Additional Information: Responsible for managing patients with speech and swallowing impairments, including those with tracheostomies and ventilator dependence. The role requires an outgoing personality and strong communication skills. The shift begins on 08/10/2026, and candidates should be prepared to work at a fully equipped facility with electronic health records and a patient capacity of approximately 80 beds.
