Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) at Federal Way, Washington, is responsible for providing outpatient physical therapy services within a healthcare facility. The role involves ensuring optimal patient care through assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, following established clinical protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid active physical therapy license; 3 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy; Washington state license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient settings; familiarity with electronic documentation systems
• Additional Information: Equipment will be provided during interview. Dress code details will be provided during the first day. Parking will be provided during the first day.

• Notes: Candidates should be prepared to complete some documentation directly with the organization outside of the AMN Healthcare clearance packet before being cleared for assignment. Immediate relocation may be required; candidates must possess a permanent license in Washington. Candidates with prior ATI work history as a traveler or with permanent/PRN status within the last year are not eligible to reapply until separated for one year.
